June 7 we have a lot of events going on. There is a pride parade going on at Library Square - https://utahpride.org/

Founding the Sun Tavern in 1973, Joe Redburn was a trailblazer in our community. Under Redburn's stewardship, The Sun became more than just a bar; it transformed into a sanctuary—a safe and nurturing space for those seeking belonging and acceptance.


Just as a suntrap is a space that captures light and warmth, fostering growth and vitality, The Sun Tavern, now known as The Suntrapp, has continued to be a haven for its patrons for over 50 years. It remains a vibrant environment where our community thrives and flourishes, reflecting the enduring legacy of Joe Redburn's vision and care.
