Sound Bath

Come set aside an hour to reset your nervous system and promote the healing and relaxtion that your body so longs for and deserves. Shanti is our Sound Bath performer and does wonders to help you meditate to the soothing sounds of all her instruments.

Experience the soothing and transformative power of sound therapy in a serene and tranquil setting. Immerse yourself in a sound bath as a skilled practitioner uses a variety of instruments, such as sound bowls and drums, to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and healing.

Please know that this is a smaller intimate setting and we have limited space available so because of this we ask that you reserve and pay for your ticket in advance to ensure you will have a spot when you arrive.

And lastly, the Wellness Center is located in the basement of a dentist office, so to find our entrance, simply park and walk to the north side of the building (along 3300 South) and the second door down you will find your way in. Come comfy and ready to relax. Blankets, bolsters, yoga mats provided.
