Social Anxiety and Self-Confidence Workshop

Comfortably come out of your shell using fun, interactive exercises designed to help participants build confidence and reduce social anxiety. Next start date 5/27!

🧑‍🏫This workshop is held in a safe, judgement-free environment and anyone can join! Learn to express and be yourself freely through improvisation. Instructors include renown therapist Dr. John Robbins and ‘Best Local Comedian’ in Best of Utah 2023 & 2024, Craig Sorensen.🎤

Every TUESDAY for 4 weeks starting May 27th - June17th. 6PM to 7:30PM

📍At Sugar Space Studios 132 S 800 W, Salt Lake City, UT.

$200 for all 4 weeks of class + Optional Show
$50 one time or week by week option available, we will work with your budget!
