Join us for a deeply restorative healing experience that combines the gentle energy of Reiki with the immersive vibrations of a sound bath. This class is designed to help you release tension, clear energetic blockages, and return to a state of inner harmony.

💫 What to Expect:
A guided meditation to ground and center
Hands-on or distance Reiki energy healing (as preferred)
Soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other instruments
A calm, supportive environment to rest and realign

Perfect for all levels—no experience necessary. Just bring an open heart, a yoga mat, and anything that helps you feel comfortable (blanket, eye pillow, etc.).
