Mental Worldbuilding For Peace & Stress Relief with Caroline Peters

Did you know you can actively design entire rooms, buildings, landscapes and worlds inside your mind that you can visit whenever you are feeling stressed or need peace and relief?

In this class, using hypnosis techniques, you will design an inner sanctuary in vivid detail (regardless of whether you are a visual person or not) that you can visit whenever you are needing to calm your nervous system, or whenever you'd like to deepen your emotional and spiritual exploration. By creating a safe space within our mind that we can go to, we create refuge for ourselves during times of emotional turmoil, stress or anxiety, even trauma.

Please bring a journal or notebook and a pen to take notes.
