This free community class, taught by Megan Allen, will cover the basics of Swedish massage, the power of touch, and why it's so critical to our well-being. Bring a friend/partner and learn how to massage the neck, shoulders, and hands at home. Bringing a partner is encouraged but optional for the class. Each student will leave with a basic understanding of the benefits and techniques of a Swedish massage.
Whether you are interested in massage school or want to learn how to give a great neck massage, this workshop is for you. Take advantage of this opportunity to learn something new and fun.

• How To Prepare
We'd like you to wear casual clothing that is comfortable to move around in. This class will demonstrate how to massage through clothing except for unclothed areas (i.e., neck and hands).
