Step inside one of Salt Lake City's most historic locations. The city and county building completed in 1894, this massive structure originally served as the Utah state capitol until 1915. Today it houses the city government offices, but its past lingers in more ways than one. this building was the site of infamous trails, including those of labor activist joe hill and serial killer Ted Bundy.
