Need help pushing yourself with further distances of Half or Full marathons or improve speed, come join us.

About this Event


Need help getting ready for one of Utah's great half or full marathons? Join others just like you and let one of our fantastic SLRC coaches liven up your training routine with fun, but just right challenging run workouts. Each workout will last 60-75 minutes. This training group will help keep you motivated, experience new kinds of run workouts and get you ready to reach your race goals whether it is your 1st or 50th race. Free SLRC shirt for 1st timers.

  • Tues and Thurs @6:00 pm @ Salt Lake Running Co 700 east location and Various Locations
  • Program runs Tuesday, April 22nd-July10th, 2024
