Cinco de Mayo

Come celebrate Cinco de Mayo with Park City Culinary Institute. In this hands on class you will learn how to make Shredded Chicken Sopes with a Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette, along with Spanish Rice, Guacamole and a Coconut Lime Flan! Sangria will be paired for guests over 21. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided.

About the Location

This class will be held at our teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street in Salt Lake City. Included with your class are recipes, ingredients, and tools required. Closed-toe shoes and appropriate attire is required for the class. There is no minimum experience required. Please let us know if you don't want your photo used in marketing as we often take photos during class to share on social media and on our website.

Street parking is available.
