All level Pilates Mat class Shuswap style, right on the beach! Best views in town!

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!! Truly. If you’ve never done Pilates this is still absolutely suitable.

Drop in with a mat (I have extra if you need) and a smile! (I have extra of those too!)

If the weather is crappy I will announce cancellations through our social media stories, or we just roll with it! (Pun intended)!
