Mindful Stretch Fundraiser
🧘‍♀️ MONDAY NIGHT RESET

Slip off your shoes, silence the week, and stretch for a cause.

This is NOT a yoga class—think slow, mindful movement for every body.
• Floor-based stretches & supported poses
• Gentle Qigong sways to open energy flow
• Calming self-massage to soften tight spots
No experience, flexibility, or fancy leggings required.

Where: Gratitude Yoga Studio • Downtown Salmon Arm
When: Every Monday • 7 – 8 PM
