Yang Style Fighting Set

Chris Himmel will lead this seminar on the Yang Style Fighting Set.
This 2-person form sequence offers an understanding of some of the martial applications and push hands skills hidden in the solo forms. Practicing the matching set also allows us to develop skills in controlling angles and distance. Students from all martial styles are welcome. Tai Chi students should know one complete solo form. We recommend at least two years of experience for students from other styles.
