Welcome Back Yoga for All Levels with Angelina

Join us as we open the season with a grounding all-levels practice designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner stillness. In this 1 hour class, we’ll move through gentle yet energizing asana (postures) to awaken the body, explore grounding pranayama (breathwork) to calm and focus the mind. We close with moments of quiet stillness to restore the spirit.

Whether you’re just beginning, returning to your mat after some time away, or you’ve been practicing regularly this class is for you.
