Join Alyssa for a stretchy and slow candlelight yoga class in Bee Here’s cozy yurt! As the evening approaches, you'll step into a warm, candlelit space where everything feels calm and inviting. This class is all about taking things slow and easy-think gentle stretches, mindful movements, and deep breaths that help you unwind after a busy day. In a softly lit space, you’ll be invited to let go of the day’s worries and find a peaceful state of mind. It’s the perfect way to relax and recharge, with the yurt's peaceful ambiance making it a truly special experience.

Blocks, bolsters, straps, blankets, and mats are available for your use and comfort.
