Step into sacred space and tend to the fire within with Breanna and Angelina. We will begin in Opening Circle, calling in our intentions and listening for the quiet whisper of the heart’s true desire.
Through a heat-building yoga flow, we stoke the flames of our inner power using breath and movement. As our energy rises, we gather in Fire Release Ceremony, offering to the flames all that is ready to be transformed, transmuted, and released.
The practice softens into a guided meditation in a restorative yoga pose. This is a time to rest in the embers, receive healing, and be nourished - with the gentle option of Reiki to deepen the experience.
We complete the ceremony in Closing Circle, sharing insights, sipping warm tea, and honoring what has shifted. You will leave feeling lighter, aligned, and renewed. It’s time to carry the spark of your inner fire forward into the world.
