Do you love dancing but remember sticky floors, music too loud or you didn’t like, expensive drinks, too busy at the bar and no room to move? WE DON’T HAVE ANY OF THIS!

Come to our dance sessions for fun & the joy of movement; improve your health and wellbeing; plenty of room to express yourself your own way, with no judgements, no dressing up, and a bar. Enjoy DISCO & CLUB tracks from the 60’s to the 00’s to remind you of old times with your favourite tracks (please send these in advance). Sociable, friendly atmosphere, singing too.
