🧘♀️ Get Back into Pilates: Refresher Course
Tuesday’s at 5.45pm – August 19th, 26th & 2nd September
This 3-week course is ideal for anyone who’s done Pilates before and wants to ease back in gently, rebuild confidence, and feel the benefits again — fewer aches, more strength, and better flexibility.
We’ll go over key moves, stretch out tired muscles, and help you reconnect with your body in a small, supportive group.
After the course, you’ll be ready to join our regular Intermediate Pilates classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays (afternoons and evenings available).
We’d love to welcome you back to pilates whether you have done it with us or someone else.
