Lime Kiln Down - Maintenance....brambles +

Yet more heavy rain has resulted in a further postponement of the Council's cut and gather operation across the open grassland areas..... giving us another opportunity to pop or dig out the remaining brambles on the 'Plateau', along with the ususal check that paths remain clear/unobstructed for human site visitors.

The weather forecast is for 9°C, a12mph winds, cloudy and a 40% chance of heavy rain showers: bring waterproofs!
