Cultivating the Abundance Within: A Fall Renewal Retreat

As the energy of summer softens and autumn invites us to slow down, join Angelina and Alyssa in the peaceful embrace of the yurt at Bee Here for an intimate half-day retreat. This 3.5-hour journey will guide you inward to reconnect with your inner abundance through grounding yoga, breathwork, and stillness. Set against the backdrop of New Hampshire’s changing leaves, this retreat invites you to reflect, release what no longer serves you, and step into fall with clarity and intention. All levels welcome—no prior yoga experience needed.

Flexible Schedule:
1:00-1:15pm: Opening Circle 1:15-1:30pm: Nature Alter (short and mindful outdoor walk to gather materials)
1:30-2:30pm: All-Levels Gentle Yoga Class
2:30-3:15pm: Snack + Create * A seasonal baked good (gluten free/vegan and regular options) fruit, and seasonal hot and cold drink * Creation of your own herbal bath salt and tea to take home, option for reiki infusion of products 3:15-4:15pm: Restorative Yoga with Reiki and Yoga Nidra
4:15-4:30pm: Closing Circle

Mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps and eye pillows are available for your use. A small journal will be provided. We encourage you to bring a bed pillow for Yoga Nidra as well as a mug for tea and water.
