Drumming Circle

Drumming has been shown to activate multiple centers of the brain and bring both hemispheres of the brain into coherence. It provides relaxation and can promote a meditative state and altered consciousness. It also stimulates the release of serotonin and dopamine for a “feel good” sensation.

Carlisle looks forward to sharing hope and healing through his drumming circles and welcomes you to join us at The Sanctuary Arts & Wellness on 8/8/25 from 6-7pm.
