Guided by Emily Marquis, you’ll explore a nourishing blend of gentle yoga, QiGong, mindful movement, stillness, vagus nerve exercises, sound healing, and light self-reflection.
This experience supports the release of built-up tension, stagnant energy, and stored emotions—helping you return to a state of balance and flow. By caring for your nervous system from the inside out and connecting with a supportive community, you’ll create the space to SHINE—with more energy, clarity, and inner peace.
No experience necessary. Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
