Audiobook Amblers

Join us to blend exercise and literature! Bring your walking shoes and your audiobook, meet at the Monarch Spur Trail next to Safeway, and walk while listening. You can listen to your own book while being in a safe, fun, early-morning group; no talking necessary ; ) This is free, safe way to get out in the dark morning with a group! We will alternate between the Monarch Spur trail and the S Mountain road, and will post each week where we will go. We will meet at 5:55 and start walking at 6:03!
