Yoga for Beginners

Welcome to this nourishing morning flow - an accessible yoga for beginners to ground yourself, connect to your roots and relax with Harvey.

Yoga is for Every Body! This class is for anyone curious to learn the foundations of yoga at their own pace. We will explore body alignment and deep breathing while developing strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive environment.

This class is designed for yoga newbies, or experienced students who want to reinforce the basics or take it at a slower pace.

Come prepared to have fun and learn something new about yourself.
