Relaxation Tuesdays at the RHS

Come along to our relaxing wellbeing sessions at the RHS Bridgewater on the last Tuesday of every month.

Explore the wellbeing garden, relax and unwind with targeted mindfulness practices and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings of the RHS Bridgewater.

Please come dressed for the weather as this is an outdoor activity and wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes.

Refreshments are available to purchase from the cafes on site.
