Yoga at Riverfront Park Amphitheater

One of our favorite Salem traditions, Yoga + Beer returns to Riverfront Park for practice in the Gerry Frank Amphitheater. Connection and community in the heart of downtown Salem. Join us at the park for a 60 minute, all-levels yoga class led by Y+B Founder, Mikki Trowbridge. Class is led in partnership with Resonance Yoga Collective, our yoga studio homebase in downtown Salem.

Suggested donation of $5-$10 per yogi for practice.

After class, we encourage yogis to head into downtown Salem and support our local businesses. We will not be gathering at one specific restaurant so we can spread the love around downtown, but hope that you will support downtown by purchasing a post-class beverage or meal.
