Weekly World Rhythm classes in my home studio in Salem.

This week's rhythm is Kakilambe from West Guinea, Boke Region

Kakilambe is know to have been the most important mask of the Baga people. They play this rhythm once a year when the mask appears from the forest to the people in the village. ~Mamady Keita

Drums provided if you don't have one.
No registrations required, come when you can and pay as you go.
