Summer Orchestra at SSU Concert

Join the Summer Orchestra at SSU for a free concert on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at 3 pm in the Recital Hall on the Harrington Campus. Professor Mary-Jo Grenfell leads the Orchestra, which is celebrating its 10th Anniversary! The program will include:
- Overture on Russian Themes by Rimsky-Korsakov
- Down A Country Lane by Aaron Copland, conducted by Ava O'Brien (senior music major)
- The Wasps Aristophanic Suite by Vaughan Williams
- Symphonic Metamorphoses (1st movement) by Paul Hindemith
