Description:

Join Frances with Celestial Light Healing for an evening of deep rest and renewal through the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes and grounding frequencies. This immersive experience invites you to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your community.

What to expect: Guided meditation, 60-minute sound bath, integration time w/ optional journaling, tea and cookies while connecting with the community

This event is 18+ and is limited to 24 people.

Please bring our own yoga mat to sit and/or lay on.

Optional items: Anything that will help you feel more relaxed and comfortable such as a pillow, bolster, blanket, and/or yoga blocks. It is also recommended to bring water.
