🌞Let the golden energy of August lull you into a deep relaxation. Join Frances with CLH for a soul-nourishing sound journey, where crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over you in waves of peace.

What to expect: Guided meditation, 60 minute sound bath, integration time w/optional journaling, tea and cookies while connecting with the community.📝🫖🍪

- Yoga mat
