Salem Girls in Sports Day

One of the most significant legislative moments in the history of Women’s Sports happened on June 23, 1972 when Title IX was enacted in Congress and signed into law. In honor of the 53rd anniversary of this momentous occasion, we hope to foster a week-long celebration of Women in Sports, culminating in Salem High’s 2nd Annual Girls in Sports Day on May 10th from 10am-12pm.

Girl-identifying Salem Public Schools students currently in grades K-5 are invited to join Salem HS athletes for a station-styled Sports Clinic, focused on inspiring the next generation of female athletes to build new skills and have lots of fun!

Registration costs $5 per student. Each athlete will receive a free t-shirt upon their arrival!
