Join us on August 13th for the very first Four Rivers: Salem Back to School Bash!

We’ll be offering:
✅ Sports Physicals
✅ Required Immunizations
✅ Well-Child Checks
✅ Oral Health Evaluations

Plus, we’ll have team members on-site to help with Medicaid applications and connect you to local community resources.

Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are always welcome!

Every child seen will receive:
🎟️ A voucher to Custard by C-Sue
🎒 Some much-needed school supplies
🎁 And a chance to win some awesome giveaways!
