Psychic Circle

We are going to experiment with energy/muscle testing using foods, words, vitamins, etc. to discover what is good for us and what is not good for us. There will be an assortment of food and other items available to test. If there is something you would like to test, feel free to bring it with you. As always bring water, (maybe we can test it!), and a journal to record your findings. The better we are at discerning what is best for our bodies, the healthier we can be. I am excited to see everyone!
