Join us June 5-7, 2026, as we transform downtown Salem into a vibrant celebration of creativity, marking four centuries of our city's cultural heritage while building our creative future together.
This FREE, family-friendly festival features:

Juried visual arts gallery at Old Town Hall
Live music, dance, and theater on multiple outdoor stages
Artisan street fair with local makers
Live Mural Slam on Artists' Row
Interactive community art project
Pop-up exhibitions throughout downtown
Activities for all ages

Over 10,000 visitors join us annually to celebrate Salem's thriving arts community. The Salem 400+ edition promises to be our most memorable festival yet, honoring our historic roots while showcasing contemporary creativity.
