Immerse yourself in a universe of sound, where the Force will guide you. This special May the 4th Sound Bath combines cosmic vibrations and celestial tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant instruments to align your mind, body, and spirit. Relax as you are transported into the galaxy far, far away…

Costumes Welcome: Dress as your favorite Star Wars character and feel the Force all around you!

This event is 18+ and is limited to 24 people.

Please bring our own yoga mat to sit and/or lay on.

Optional items: Anything that will help you feel more relaxed and comfortable such as a pillow, bolster, blanket, and/or yoga blocks. It is also recommended to bring water.
