Led by one of our most amazing comprehensively trained instructors, this class will blend core strength, control, and mobility into a fun and energizing flow—no equipment required. Following the class, we invite guests to enjoy complimentary refreshments and a chance to shop before the store opens!

Rooted in Joseph Pilates’ original Contrology Method and thoughtfully modernized, our studio offers nine signature class formats that combine intentional movement with state-of-the-art equipment for a truly transformative experience.

Led by comprehensively trained instructors, we offer classes from 5:30am to 7:30pm, making it easy to fit movement into your life—whether you're just starting your wellness journey or deepening an existing practice.
