Let’s Beat Breast Cancer Cooking Class and Talk with the Docs

Many cancers have a lifestyle component allowing for a level of prevention/treatment using food and activity as tools. We will be cooking a whole-food-plant-based party dish to share at our 4pm potluck and learning from doctors and nutritionists as we go. A great opportunity to ask questions, meet like minded participants and spend time at our beautiful inn and retreat near Lake Jocassee. Free to attend.
