Description:

Start your month grounded in serenity! Join Frances with CLH for a deeply immersive Sound Bath designed to help you release tension, restore inner balance, and move into June with a clear mind and calm spirit.

This event is 18+ and is limited to 24 people.

Please bring our own yoga mat to sit and/or lay on.

Optional items: Anything that will help you feel more relaxed and comfortable such as a pillow, bolster, blanket, and/or yoga blocks. It is also recommended to bring water.
