Fall and Brewing

A simple straight forward class on fermenting your own honey wine. Everything is provided for primary fermentation and instructions for the next steps for racking and secondary fermentation are provided.

Must be 21 or older!

You will walk out of this class with the recipe, a 1 quart jar of your own Honey Wine with air lock and instructions on the full process and your very own wooden Mead spoon.

Class is 45 dollars per person. Your supplies are included in the fee. Profits will benefit the Legion.
