Cooking Classes for Ages 50+: Celebrate Your Plate

Join Heidi Buck on Tuesdays for this exciting program series geared towards ages 55+! We will gather to explore the essentials of a healthy eating pattern. Our focus will be on MyPlate guidelines, the importance of reading food labels, understanding sugar in foods, and the benefits of including a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables in our meals, all while enjoying a food tasting experience.

July 8- Berry Smoothie

July 15th- Broccoli and Everything Salad

July 22nd- Couscous Salad

July 29th- Zucchini Noodles
