Cooking Class - Cream Puffs and Eclairs
Join Pastry Chef Lora-Marie Goudey-De Leon On Saturday, August 16 at 11:00am for this hands-on class featuring Cream Puffs and Eclairs.
You will be making pate a choux dough and diplomat cream to create cream puffs and eclairs.
