Body Attacks

Why body Shots ?
When I was working security I had our people train to do body shots if they needed to take it to striking.

1. Safety A- you could knock someone out and they could hit their head on pavement or other hard surface.
People punched in the body rarely fall that way.

2. Safety B - Protect your hand. What is the first thing a Boxer does?
Answer - protect his hand, wraps and or gloves.
Mike Tyson broke his hand in a street fight.

3. Legality - black eyes, broken nose look bad in court.
So do medical bills for stitches, dental work ....
This will be a mix of Boxing and Muay Thai, punches, kicks and knees.
So we will strike other targets.
However, for the most part the focus will be on the body for a lower level of force for self defense and or security.

How to enter and set them up.

Time set for 1pm - 4pm, we can run longer.

There will be pad and shield work.
We have gear you can borrow, but appreciate you bringing your own.
