ASPIRE Fall Conference- Chemeketa Community College Salem

Welcome to the ASPIRE Fall Conference. This year we will be hosting our event at Chemeketa Community College. The event will run from 9 am-4 pm with doors opening at 8 am.

The ASPIRE Fall Conference will feature an opening introduction followed by two breakout sessions then lunch. After lunch participants can attend three more breakout sessions. We will have multiple options at each breakout session. A complete agenda will be available on our website in September.

NOTE: In the event of a small turn out we hold the right to reduce the number of breakout sessions based on attendee preferences.

Coffee and refreshments will be provided in the morning as well as lunch and a snack in the afternoon. We will not be able to reimburse any meals outside of the conference itself.

We can reimburse travel for some event attendees, see below for additional information. If you are requesting reimbursement, you are acknowledging that you are not receiving reimbursement from another entity.

Mileage Reimbursement Non-State Employees:

We will be able to provide mileage reimbursement for some participants. Mileage reimbursement will be provided while funds last.

You must submit a travel reimbursement packet to receive mileage reimbursement. Reimbursement packets will be emailed to all attendees who indicate on their ticket that they would like to be considered for travel reimbursement. Please note we will not be able to reimburse travel less than 40 miles from the event.

We will not be able to provide mileage reimbursement for state employees. Please follow your individual department guidelines for mileage reimbursement.

We may be able to reimburse lodging expenses (at the state rate) for a limited number of attendees. If you are interested in requesting lodging reimbursement, please contact or your ASPIRE Access Specialist for additional information.

The registration fee for the ASPIRE fall conference is $25.00, this money helps cover some of the expenses related to this event. We will only be accepting payment via credit card through the Eventbrite platform, we will not be accepting cash or check at the event.
