1.30 to 2pm: T Thrive

T Thrive are the front door to Trafford's Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health offer.  They offer short-term, low-level intervention for children and young people who are seeking advice & guidance and help with their emotional well-being. 

2.30 to 3pm: EHC Plans

Led by Chloe Mortlock EHCP Team Manager
