MileShy Meet Up - Quiz Night with Mark

Come join us at Coppice Library and Wellbeing Centre for a fun session of chatting and quizzing with regular Quiz Night Host Mark! Don't miss out on the chance to meet new friends, engage your brain and have fun at the same time!

MileShy Meet Up is a FREE mental health support group with a difference - every session is structured around a health and wellness theme. We meet every Thursday at Coppice Library in Sale between 5pm and 7pm - all sessions are on a drop in basis and there is no obligation to attend every week.
