Kundalini & Kriya Yoga: Body. Breath. Beyond.

Feeling a bit off? Stressed, tense, or stuck in your head?
This class is a space to breathe, move, and gently come back to yourself.

Each session is different, sometimes more active, sometimes slower and more restful. I guide the practice intuitively, depending on the energy in the room and what feels right for the group.

We work with breath, simple kriyas, gentle movement, mantra, and a long guided rest at the end. It’s a space to release, regulate your nervous system, and feel more grounded and at ease.

I bring my background as a nurse and hypnotherapist into the way I teach, creating a class that’s supportive on every level: physical, emotional, and energetic.
