“As we reconnect with the needs of our bodies, we awaken a new capacity to warmly love the self.”
— Stephen Cope
I’m excited to invite you to a new weekly Slow + Strong Vinyasa class at @harbour.house.art.wellbeing, starting Thursday 11th September, 9:30–10:30am.
This is a class designed not just to move your body — but to strengthen your whole self. Expect:
• Mindful movement to build strength and flexibility
• Breathwork + guided meditation to cultivate resilience, calm and clarity
• A space to reconnect with your body, reset your nervous system, and reinvigorate your relationship with self-care
• A steady, supported flow that encourages balance, self-acceptance, and joy
This practice is about creating space for your own growth — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
No pushing. No pressure. Just a steady unfolding of strength, softness, and connection.
Come as you are. Leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and at home in yourself.
