Move & Make: Inclusive Movement for Over 55s

We’re delighted to be working with Harbour House to offer a series of free, welcoming Move & Make workshops at Tumbly Hill.

These sessions bring together gentle movement and creative mark-making, inspired by the natural beauty of Devon.

~ The movement activities are inclusive and accessible, with options to take part either standing or seated.

~ The making element explores mark-making inspired by nature, particularly the trees and plants in our own Tumbly Hill garden.

~ No previous art or dance experience is needed. All materials are provided, with friendly guidance to support you as you explore and enjoy the creative process.

Each session is fully funded by Harbour House, free to attend, and includes time to relax and chat over a cup of tea.
