If you love Acroyoga, and you want to up your skill/creative level, join us for a weekend of unique Montreal style acro with Eugene and Jessie, two incredible practitioners and teachers, who are the visionary founders of “AcroYoga”, and #AcroyogaMontreal, and who’s journey started over 40 years ago!
They combine an innovative fusion of dance, acrobatics, and yoga, and focus their practice on connecting the dots between mind, body, breath and relationships.
🤸🏼♂️WHATS ON:
The multi-level training will cover:
- the essential building blocks of AcroYoga,
- practicing classic techniques,
- creating original flows,
- exploring new & challenging AcroYoga material,
- as well their Montréal signature moves.
Open to both individuals and partners.
Prerequisites: Some experience with Acro advised.
