River Walk

When: Every other Saturday from March 7th-May 2nd, 2026, at 9:45 AM - 11:00 AM
Where: Ste. Genevieve Welcome Center (66 South Main Street)

What to Expect:
Join a ranger for a 45-minute, 1.5 mile, stroll atop the levee and down to the river following the new river trail. Discover the important role the Mississippi River played in the history of Ste. Genevieve. This family-friendly program is recommended for ages 7 and up. It’s free and open to the public—no reservations necessary!

Trail Information:
The levee trail is gravel and open to the elements, and the river trail is a cleared dirt pathway, so please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable shoes.

Sun hat
Binoculars
