✨A 3-hour immersive sound healing experience in water, combining the ancient medicine of sound with the therapeutic power of floating, movement, and community connection.

💧 The Flow of the Experience:
Each session is 3 hours long and held in a tranquil private pool environment surrounded by the forest designed to support your physical, emotional, and energetic healing.
🌿Opening Movement + Breathwork (with Steph):
We begin with gentle stretching and breathwork to open the body and mind, preparing your nervous system to safely and fully receive sound.
🔔Immersive Water Sound Bath:
Samantha and Lizz will guide you into a deep meditative state through crystal singing bowls, harmonic chimes, and gentle guided meditation, all enhanced by the unique conductivity of water. The vibrations reach deep into your fascia, bones, and energetic field, supporting a quantum realignment of your being.
🌈Grounding + Integration:
After the sound journey, Steph will gently guide you back into your body through light movement and breath. You’ll then have free time to swim, float, relax, commune, ask questions, or simply enjoy nature and community.
